A special announcement that was revealed just today on Showroom: Katomina has started her own Weibo account. She said that she set it up about two weeks ago already, but she got around to informing fans only now. Apparently, this is a personal attempt by Katomina to reach out to Chinese fans, knowing that the access to social network sites like Twitter and Instagram is otherwise restricted in China.

Eh, not sure if I've mentioned it already but in the Stage48 Wiki Organization thread we've decided to edit members' profiles a little and exchange the Trivia section at the top with a History section, and put Trivia at the bottom of the page. So here I am, asking around in threads for girls I like, if you have any info on Katomina that you'd like me to put on her profile?

• History: should include important things that have to do with her work (as an idol) and require to be jotted down with a date, at least with a year and if possible a month (and it would be excellent if we had a day as well). For example, something that would belong in history, would be that she joined NGT as a first gen member in July 2015, and that she was promoted to Team NIII in January 2016, etc.
• Trivia: should include extra information that isn't necessarily relevant to her work, but could make her look appealing or interesting to fans; for example that the first country she visited abroad was Australia, or that she owns a dog, but doesn't particularly like animals. Trivia information doesn't need to include a date, but if possible it would be great to add a little source. It doesn't have to be an official source, but if you remember where she said something, you could add, "she said this during an MC for Team NIII 3rd stage" or "this was revealed during Niigata no Friend/Sashikita Gassen" etc etc. But it's not absolutely required.

Furthermore, if you can think of any Media appearances that Katomina has had and they aren't added to her Media Appearances yet, also let me know. I feel like for a majority of members, they are very empty. I recently edited Tano Yuka's profile and before I had done so, the only Media Appearances that showed on her profile were "The Wiz (2014)" and "AKBingo" (whereas, if you look now, there are 7 Stage Plays, 2 Movies, 4 Variety Shows and 2 Dramas). I can imagine other members' profiles are equally empty, despite the member having done more work.

In general, feel free to check out Tano Yuka's profile, as it's the only profile that has undergone this new History/Trivia section change.

 

Actually, i've edited it a bit a little while ago (especially her fave food still being macarons and tomatoes still bothered me LOL), but those are GREAT ideas. Like, the more details, the more appeal, the more people who will gain interest, the more fans. There is so much to Minachan, only a few sentences wouldn't be able to describe her.
First of all what would be a great idea, is to scan through that interview Stormy translated months ago. That one blew my effin' mind like "yep this girl is my kami-oshi" with so many amazing feats and details.

Two things;

1. I updated Katomina's profile on wiki48 now. Check here. If you want me to add anything else, please specify! I included some stuff from @stormy's interview back in November and also included some info from Okappa's letter to her on her birthday this year.
2. Is there an international campaign for her SSK this year? I'm sorry if this question has been asked (and answered) before but in that case I missed it and I'd really like to see her rank up... @ForrestFuller and @Shirase Miyuki predict her to make Undergirls this year and I really want to support that wish for her!!

 

AMAZING job, like DAMN, couldn't have done it any better myself! Only thing i would have added is her lack of common knowledge (the dvd recorder thing n all, so cute xD), the carbonated drinks thing and how she trained from the 9 am to 9 effin' pm in weekends! (that blew my mind so hugely) Besides that GREAT job seriously!!
