i don't know that she speaks spanish

spanish is very difficult language to learn . She has much merit to speak Spanish being Japanese

 

Yeah Spanish is hard to learn, and she probably has no one to practice with.

 

yea, probably as there are not many spanish speaking people in Japan. I don't recall seeing much if any hispanic people there.

perhaps she has an interest in visiting latin american countries, or has before?

 

She should speak Portuguese. There are a lot of Brazilians in japan, and there are a lot of Japanese in Brazil. So Portuguese probably would have been better.

Not really. I live in an area where spanish is normal. Most of the people in El Paso are hispanics, but portuguese only has a few words in spanish. They have the same structure but the language is different...kindaish

 

Portuguese sounds like Spanish with some French added to it, Nozomi could make the transition.

 

I agree with you she coud make the transition but i'ts difficult

 

Portuguese is a really tricky language. I took Spanish in high school (albeit forgot nearly all of it); but when I had to learn some songs for capoeira, the Portuguese didn't even remotely have a similar feel to Spanish, even if both are technically Romance languages.

 

yeah, the food lady vendor who comes to our workplace buidling is portuguese and she understands spanish too.

does that mean Nozo could understand portugese too, ....probably not then.

 

I think I'm going to learn Spanish for her . So if we ever meet I can surprise her.

 

i think she might actually prefer english,as it is the universal language, and lots of Japanese want to learn it.

i have some Nozofisu blog pix to post up laters, not many, and i give Makistar credit for providing my request of Nozokari blog pix.

 

Well she learned it for a reason, that reason I don't know.

At least I can communicate with her in English.
