retired costumes are likely stored somewhere but i don't know if they would modify the existing costumes rather than just creating new ones. not sure if osare company makes =love's costumes or not but that probably wouldn't hurt getting access to these...

 

^ yes, all =LOVE costumes are made by Osare Company. Sasshi is very close to Shinobu (and of course AkiP) so getting real costumes probably wasn't that hard.
Shinobu tweeted that "AKB staff gladly gave costume license"
