    The trailer of the movie "Midori no Zawameki" (directed by Aimi Natsuto, to be premiered on September 1st) starring actor Rena Matsui was released on July 15th. Set in Fukuoka and Saga, the movie depicts a story woven by three half-sisters. Matsui plays Kyoko Oyamada, the main character who quits acting and moves to Fukuoka, where she was born, from Tokyo.

    A further investigation revealed that she was here to film an edition of the TBS show 'Sekai Fushigi Hakken' on board the Hogwarts Express steam train (aka 'The Jacobite') in Scotland. Unfortunately I can't find any full video of the show (broadcast on 6/24), all I can find is a trailer on TBS' YouTube channel and even that's geoblocked for me:

    Man looking through her instagram now is so frustrating T_T I was in the same place as her, but on the weekend of the 1st and 2nd of June, and I can see she was there around the 24th. I'm not usually in London so to see we were sort of running past each other within like 3 weeks makes me realise it would've been crazy to meet her.

    Short Trial Project 2023

    The Short Trial Project, a short omnibus series sponsored by and pictures, started in 2010 and is a place for up-and-coming film directors and actors to gather for independent expression. Directors Michito Fujii and Shinichiro Ueda have also participated in the past. “Short Trial Project 2023” (STP2023) will be released in theaters in 2023! A limited preview of Ryuichi Kitabata's work will be held at Daikanyama Theater Guild from December 26th (Monday) to 28th (Wednesday)!

    The January 2024 issue of the e-magazine "Monthly Tabiro" (Brangista), featuring actor Rena Matsui on the cover, has been released. The same issue features Kanzaki City, Saga Prefecture. Matsui travels around the city looking for matchmaking and good luck spots. A special video for the same issue featuring Matsui was also released.
