Back to Sakura's seitansei, Ithebigc posted a translation of Haruppi's letter to Sakura. With due respect to the previous translator, I knew it was lacking tone and personality.

Those are absolutely BS reasons to hate on her, point blank.

"Pestered Aki-P to go" -- pestered... so, they were witness to the conversation? No? Settled.
"Him instead of members" -- so what if she wanted one outing with the person who's going to decide her future direction? It's not like they're at a love hotel or his apartment, pleeeease...
"Alone without staff" -- heaven forbid they have one outing without an entourage making them sitting ducks. Again, in a theatre, not anywhere sleazy.
"Johnny's wota's tickets" -- this is so six-yr-old-whiny I can't be bothered to acknowledge it
"Phone pic disclosure" -- and AGAIN... one outing without the press hounding them, I want to go to there...
"Young clothes" -- another dumb inflammatory by someone who is not his wardrobe specialist
"Paper bag" -- boy you anti really need something to do besides touch yourselves over what imaginative twats you are
"Yen miu miu" -- so, let me get this straight -- I'm a rising star in the one of the biggest groups in entertainment history, and earned my wings to get here... so I can't buy nice stuff because you greaseballs think I don't deserve them? Makes me want to buy more -- make a dress out of them. Besides... $1100 is chump change in the fashion bag world, where are you shopping?
"Akimoto hiding disclosure" -- of ALL of these, this is the only one where I have some reservation about decisions made. It's kind of damning, but yet again, the antis are confusing speculation with the truth.

So, 1 of 9 had *any* merit as a reason to question Sakura or Aki-P, but not even close to hating on her. Mental midgetry.

 

I'm a Sakura Fan too, but it does look bad. The comment:"Well she sleep with him next" was very rude and unfounded, but it does look like she is buddying up to him - She should know better than that.

I hope this blows away quickly.

 

Well those hate probably arent affecting her fans or ppl in the 48G fandom tbh, since they already know Akip takes girls out to dinner/other events. And its not like Akip did tell everyone and their mother in 755

 

That site only translates the worst threads/posts they can find, even if it's just made up garbage. It's pure clickbait. They want haters to come and bash so they can get page views. Nothing of value or importance comes off that site. People really should ignore it and not post it to other places which gets them even more page views.

@Seven42 I don't know about that site (minuskakugo), but unfortunately almost all the replies on girlschannel and 2ch are really negative

It probably won't affect her ranking too much though, Jurina/Paruru are the most hated members and they will be in kami7, so I'm pretty sure Sakura will be too, or at worst 8.

But it is really sad, she just wanted to go see a movie with him so she did. That's not a wrong thing

The worst part is that her name rhymes with makura (pillow). In Japan when they say someone sleeps their way to the top, they call it 'pillow business/trade'. So now her nickname among antis is Makuratan, and unfortunately that will probably never go away... And she looked really stressed and tired in the 2shots this week, like she didn't get any sleep... not just on 5/5, but also the next day too

Speaking of which... Yukirin looked 15-16 until like, a year and a half ago. Then all of a sudden she became an adult all at once.

I can only speak for Kumamoto (where my father is descended). When you see that bear negurumi mascot Kumumon raging around all silly and bear-hugging people, it sorta matches in a sterilized way, what my dad's martial arts teacher said years ago -- "in Tokyo when you offend someone, they say 'I'm gonna kick your ass!' In Kumamoto when you offend someone, they say 'I'm gonna stomp you to death!'"

Poor Sakura... hang in there, sweetie. Antis don't pay your bills, focus on the people that love you.

Is is weird that I dont even feel mad and worried? maybe it has to do that I dont speak Japanese, so I've no knowledge of shitty thing being spread about her in J-Nets, but I'm glad that I dont get involve with those useless people.

Everyone and their mothers and grandmothers know that is normal for AKi-p to dine with members to talk about work, and it is not like he keeps a secret either.
Like u guys said, her fans and the fandom know, so it wont affect her popularity whatsoever. Everyone would expect this shit to happen with everyone trying to brings Sakura down with her enormous popularity growth anyway. More reason for her fans to support her even more. The best way to revenge a haters are being successful

Talking about Sakura and her relationship with KIV and HKT as a whole. I feel alot of mems look at Sakura as a goal and motivation, esp. evident with Haruppi and her interviews for the past year, and recently with Meru. Maybe it just me but I love it. I'm proud that Sakura can make alot of mems look at her as a goal; for Sakura herself, she also looks at Sasshi as a goal. I think it create a good rivalry and bring the best of that mem

AKB/Sakura's antis were waiting for an excuse to hate on her and they found one (a ridiculous and wrong one). Congrats, I guess?

It's not the first time Aki-P goes to watch a movie or have dinner with a member. It makes sense after all, he's their producer, so if they want to discuss about the future or about activities, they can go out and meet, watch a movie too, it's nothing wrong (again this happened with other members too like Mayuyu or Paruru). And they didn't even cover their faces at all. This is ridiculous, please XD I just hope no one mentioned this nonsense when meeting Sakura during handshake or 2-shot. 48G fans should know better that eating or watching a movie with Aki-P means nothing, really.

Sakura's Yokaze no Shiwaza sounds nice! I knew her singing wasn't as bad as what we heard during that old Tv show when they did karaoke XD She sounds good here. She's definitely improving! She looks so beautiful and cute too ;____; and that photoshoot, wow I really love these photos!!!

Don't misinterpret this as disagreeing with you in general about of one of my favorite idols... but I think this performance is lip-synched. Her voice is waaay too consistent for it to be live, plus it doesn't vary when she has to inhale, or change volume with the distance the mike is from her lips. Normally during a live song performance, the puff of air from your lips while pronouncing words, makes a slight sound in a properly-setup mike, that proves no-synch (watch Yukirin in her past impromptu Natsu Matsuri performances, and you can see the difference -- that girl can sing). Most 48GP performances are lip-synched just because they aren't formally trained as singers, but do-it-all idols... which is fine. Myself, I used to compete in karaoke meets at casinos in Arizona about 12 yrs ago, plus my mother was a pro lounge singer in Sapporo in her younger days, and comes from a long line of folk singers -- so I'm familiar with what a real acapella performance sounds like.

But even if it is autotuned and cleaned up... it's still enchanting! It sounds just like her speaking voice, just in song -- adorable but not kiddy, very seishun. I'd like for her to join her Kagoshima-mate Yukirin-senpai for a real live sing-along someday.

TBH, HKT needed someone other than Sasshi for that... and HKT has been blessed in getting what it needs, exactly when it needs it, almost magically compared to the other sister groups. Now her kouhai and doukisei can look up to her, who came from exactly where they are now, and see that it's not impossible for a Kyuushu idol to rise into the highest clouds of the SB atmosphere... but like the real atmosphere, often the higher you go, the colder and lonelier it can be. I'm sure Sasshi and Sakura talked about this at length at some point when her popularity began to shoot up... but this ridiculous cheap shot by antis recently really shook her, esp the mean adana of 'makuratan'. I hope she takes it as motivation, and forges further upward -- her fans stand by her!
