The recruitment process was anounced last july, and applications were running until 08/21. I say yes. I came here to post the same video, but of course you beat me. The reason is that there is no separate 9th gen thread under General Discussion, so anything related to the whole group goes here. Posts about individual members would go in their own threads, and posts about small groups would go in the General Discussion thread. That's not official, just my opinion as to what makes sense.
