Aside from having "fans" who'd dig up Imo-chan's relationship, I think it would be pretty unfair for other 16 gen participants because it's quite obvious that she'd have more advantage than other 16 gen audition participants since she is already known by fans now. Also being Naachan's sister, I know most of Naachan's fans are likely going to support and oshi her.

Nevertheless, I'd still love to see Imo-chan if she'd go for it. The girl is precious!

Last night's stage reports were so good I couldn't wait to download and watch it over and over lmao~

 

I don't think it would be much different than from girls like Ogiyuka and Gatanee from NGT.
Both started in Baito, then went to the draft and got into the group ahead of the rest.
Didn't get much far ahead lol

I guess the closest to this would be the new Namba girls (Jonishi and Yamada). We'll see if their sisters' fans rally behidn them.

She wouldn't be the first to have a boyfriend before joining the group.
I think Akicha was with soemone when she auditioned and broke up when she got in? Can't remember well.
It's her choice, of course.

But it's two different cases. Ogiyuka and Gatanee are not really well known even during their Baito and Draft times. However, with imo-chan appearing in Naachan's SHOWROOM, she's being watched by over 20,000 people and all (or most) of them might be Naachan oshis. Especially with imo-chan having the Naachan look, a good voice, and dancing skills, it's obvious that she's going to get a much faster head start than the rest.

 

I'd be nervous if I was Imo-chan's boyfriend right now, with all the attention and people wanting her to audition for 16th gen

However unlikely it is, I would love to see an announcement: "The next member of Renacchi's Senbatsu is...Okada Rina!!"

Would be nice having them both, it would look like NMB's last gen, with Yamada Nana's and Jonishi's sisters, but well, dreaming is for free... Besides, having watched the showroom, she doesn't seem as "majime chara" as Naa-chan, it would be a nice gap between the two of them.
