If I were to guess, it probably happened during Romeo and Juliet stage. During her solocon and the subsequent event, she looked comfortable and I didn't feel she strained her voice at all (especially considering some of the other solocon performer kinda lost their voice during the RH).
And for her solo in ranked concert, she already being given a lesson on singing without straining her voice and looking at her performance, she sounded great. And that with problematic throat. I'm also guessing her docu producer probably already know about it (the actual problem) based on his comment on that performance.

They only say about restricting her activity for a while and gradually come back while rehabilitating. Probably for the first few days she will not be doing any work. She is already not scheduled for a lot of Team 4 and AKB/STU performances. I'm guessing that not until next month that she can perform again judging from what I read about this type of surgery. It shouldn't affect her Majimuri stage tho since that one is for mid/late October and management probably already taken Naachan surgery into account when deciding her participation in it.

I personally wouldn't worried much about it. Probably a bit lonely since she will miss a lot of performances. She should come back stronger than ever tho and as far as singing with the proper technique, I think she did get some when doing her solo performance for the ranked concert. She said that she learned about singing without straining during that time. But of course that was after she was diagnosed with the vocal cord nodule. Hopefully the training will continue and not ended for that concert only.

She did get vocal training for her solocon, but probably at that time didn't realize that singing without proper technique can damage your vocal cord.

 

As you may already know, she has been updating her SNS, including mobame since she told us about the successful surgery, so that is nice.

She will not participate in 8/26 HS which is understandable since you basically need to talk from morning until late evening. You can do HS without talking, but she probably prefers to talk.

They also have another HS on 9/1. From what I read, it should be okay for someone to speak normally after more than 2 weeks, but hopefully they will decide what is best for her and not rush it.

Her 7/22 HS (I believe it was the one where she was voluntarily not doing it because she lost her voice... again) is transferred to 9/24~11/25 HS. So management is confident that she will have her voice back around September.

Apparently during the rehearsal her hair is not arranged like the one that you see on the final production... If before you think that she looked like Takamizawa from The Alfee, well, she looked even more like him during the rehearsal

Since she is mostly at home now, she was cooking a lot of meals on her own! a lot by her own standard, not Macharin! XD
The important bit is that her doctor said that the period of silence (not making any voices) had ended at the end of August 18th and she was supposed to talk in what I believe for 20 to 30mins on the next day. But on the next day where she supposed to do that, it seemed that Naachan was kinda afraid to talk thus not making any voices. Because of that, on August 20th, she go the hospital to confirm her voice and indeed she can make a voice!
Lately she has been posting old pictures on her mobame. Old as in when she had long hair.

My Chinese dictionary translates 美声 as "bel canto" but my Japanese one gives beautiful voice. Personally, I like the Italian - "Bel canto (Italian for "beautiful singing" or "beautiful song").

She said about having no make up for the 53rd single cover. Looking at the cover, I don't think all of them wearing 100% no make up tho, but I'm not sure. What I'm 100% sure is that looking at the members that is highlighted in regular type cover (top 6 members excluding Jurina), all of them (except Naachan) have the same eyes. Basically all of them (the top 6, not sure about the rest of senbatsu) wear contacts while Naachan didn't. Yesterday (Monday) a news came about Naachan will be on STU48 game, "STU48 no 7 Narabe". I'm really sure about what it meant with limited time only, whether it is about a certain time limited event, or you can choose her for a limited time only, or maybe a combination of those. The thing is that Naachan will play the game (just like other STU members are playing the game) so you may be able to get a match with her, but she will only playing it for a limited time only. Anyway, it will be detailed later on September 1st.

She went to a cafe (initially she wanted to go a cafe with a limited time chocomint menu, but it was reserved), then game center, then just walking around and sit at the bench. After that, Naachan said that she want to go to Sushi Zanmai, thus they eat Sushi before going home.

Also I believe she didn't talk or only talk very little with Yuiri because her doctor only allowing her to speak around 30mins/day. Most of the communication is by writing.

The members around her are 16th gen (Inagaki Kaori 5th and Yamane Suzuha 3rd), Yamabe Ayu 2nd, Sato Akari 1st. I'm not sure how the others are sending their mail, but Naachan managed to get on this list simply by being consistent. It is easier said than done tho, otherwise you will see other members doing it.
