UGH I LOVE THE COVER. i mean apart from the no clothes thing it's prettyyyyy

but ohgod the looks im gna get purchasing this .__.

I'm not phased by the picture because that kind of "nude" shot is so normal in photoshoots. I mean, whatever, I downloaded JUMP & CRY with apparently naked Takacchan and Tomochin all sharing a sweater like four years ago, and they were even younger in that than Mayu is now, so...I mean, there are no surprises here. XD The fact that it's the cover is amusing, but I'm not really bothered by it. It's...playful? I'm not even worried about the quote on the cover because...I don't know, I just don't see any reason to be. It's just a photobook, nbd.

The customs thing is troubling though. I wasn't planning on buying it until later on anyway, but...D:

 

You don't have to agree but I really think that serious face Mayuyu looks similar with the actress Zhang Ziyi.

However, I simply adore the cover. She looks beautiful in it.

yeah well, i'd still rather clothed but idk.. the cover's just pretty like in some sort of artsy way LOL.

This has Mayuyu quotes about the book. Anyone with better language skills care to translate?

 

^She says that it's filled with expressions that she hasn't shown before, she's happy with it and that it's her favorite. She also says that even though she's embarrassed about the front cover, she put a lot of hard work for it, so she wants a lot of people to buy it/see it.

I wonder how Mayuyu felt being naked in front of the camera man....

 

If I'm reading it right, then it's pretty much:

Does that imply that the contents are no where near as embarrassing as the cover? Hence no more near-naked Mayu's? [shock]

If that's the case, an illusion, then it's perfectly fine with me, I tend to think behind the scenes a lot.

 

The picture is actually really photo shopped, might not have even been a strapless bra.

I agree 100% doesn't The internet follow the U.S law about the 18+ yrs thing ? but if that cover was photoshop then dam that guy has some mad skills

 

It does not matter photoshopped/illusion or naked. What counts is the message she/management tries to deliver.

Now I'm really looking forward for downloadable scans.

 

You're better off buying it. Photobooks are rarely scanned in full, and most people would rather not rip apart their book to do that anyways

 

^ There's few people who do the same with manga/artbooks, they buy two copies.. the other one goes to micro oven for a 30seconds so the glue between the pages disappears and you can kind of destroy your PB for scanning purposes xD

 

Your right again if I owned 1 why would I rip the Sacred Scripture from the Mayuyu bible apart [angel] that will be going against all Mayuyulism teaching LOL

 

It's not that expensive anyway, 1200YEN is about 14~15USD excluding shipping costs. At that price and with 96 pages, it's almost like buying your average book of manga. I'm just a bit curious as to what that Fist Press Bonus is...a photobook that comes with a photo? [wonder]

Ugh, I don't think I'll be getting this right now...maybe with some future order. I need to save up. ;__;
