If I remember correctly, on the 22nd, we were around 622k. On 23rd and 24th, we dropped down, but it looks like we got to the 625k mark! Can't wait to see the result, love this single.

Maybe I need to find out more from this guy. While Darkness was a little lackluster in my eyes (still was really good), Ruby & Candle no Shin are two of my favorite songs from all of the 48 family. Definitely two of the more unique ones IMO.

About this company. It's a division of the RAP CREATIVE Corp., they are in charge of song-writing management and music arrangement.

If you check out their whole record-works, you will notice that some of their producers/composers has writing songs for AKB and related since 2010.


Just in case. Don't confused the lyrics writing with song/music writing, are two different things.

I don't care about bikini pics, but if the song is as insanely catchy as Aishiteraburu, and they can keep this momentum, 700k seems relatively within grasp. Although they did have a lot of promotion for Choco!

It's kind of funny how the So Long! thread is filled with so much doom and gloom because the single sold just a bit over a million copies, yet in the Choco thread, we're all overjoyed by a 30k upswing.

Quite agree lol but the most important one is their song , visual is another boost for the song

Different group different people , AKB used to sell a million copy of singles so it's not weird if some fans worried that they might not reached that milestone again so they paid much attention toward the sales .

Oh, I understand that completely! I just think the contrast in mood is amusing. It reminds me so much of H!P fandom, when fans would bemoan the death of MM as sales declined for years, then Berryz Koubou debuted and fans were tickled when their sales would go up 1k or 2k between singles.

As for 620k sales I'm so happy! [party] Just breaking through 600k was enough for me.

From Oricon, it's an excellent 5th week (their best) with 8,415 sells.
Total : 632,401

ah~ about 18.000 copies again and 650k sales. But still, among the sister group, SKE still hold the record for the album sales isn't it? if we compare to NMB ?

It's difficult to compare SKE an NMB last albums : SKE was put on sales with their single, and NMB album is full of bonuses (handshakes, 2shots ..) which SKE hadn't .... So SKE album couldn't have good numbers.
Still NMB first is selling very well, far much better than SKE ...

And for SKE single, 650K should be passed before next one is put on sales. We will see.
