Somehow, I feel that Mio is growing up very fast. A few months ago, she still looked like a shy kid but now, she is looking like a fine young lady to me

They have soon 1 year of experience (A bit more for Meru) that's why

 

That's basically something the entire group has and makes for one of the aspect why I like them so much. The girls often have one of those periods of sudden and big leaps in their growth.

I've already said this in the TMSG thread but I'm so excited that I'll share my thoughts about Mio in the latest episode here aswell.

Just a few episodes ago she mostly was a cute, sorta one-dimensional personality on screen. But recently, wow. It's like she suddenly lets out all of those different sides of her character, is more assertive and loose in general. I feel like if they would've had this mini-cycle part a month or so back that she would've basically said nothing while holding the same cute smile along the entire way. This also fits in the smooth talking she did in those recent melon juice promo appearances. I'm pretty excited about this development. [clap]

she says "bye-bye" when the overtakes Chiichan on the tricycle race. before that, she also yells "get out of my way! why are you blocking me" in a pretty direct tone. competitive Mio is scary

 

It looks like mio is growing into a more daring girl. She extend to new field of personality.

 

She says "Bye-bye" everyday, like all the Idols

 

I was pretty impressed with Mio in this week's TMSG as well. That bye-bye was priceless! And she did the point getter gag again! And at the very end there is another surprising scene: Mio teasing Yukachan because she is too quiet! "Speak, speak, it's TV!"

I'm liking this Mio and I hope we'll see more of her!
