Overview
- The group is based in the Setouchi region of western Japan, and had their own theater on a passenger boat called the STU48 GO. The boat began travelling across the Yamaguchi, Hiroshima, Okayama, Hyogo, Tokushima, Kagawa and Ehime prefectures in April 2019. Theater guests boarded and disembarked from the same port, while the boat cruised the local waters and the theater performance took place. The ship was officially decommissioned on May 23, 2021 due to impacts of COVID-19 Pandemic. All future theater performances will take place at venues across the Setouchi region.
Differences from other groups
- No team has been formed until February 2022.
- The theaters of other groups have been operating as tenants since the renovation or opening of existing facilities, while the dedicated theaters used from 2019 to 2021 are ships.
