Bu...bu...but... we are “suppose” to believe “victims” right! Right? That would be a interesting turn in events.
Well she stated verbally and in writing that members were involved in this and implicated certain members through other means so she's directly at odds with management and we're all meant to believe management now, aren't we?
Oh... Like cyber-bullying right? Some of those “likes” and unfollows on twitter could be used as “evidence” for the management side?
Absolutely, it's time management dealt with bullying within NGT, we must all row in behind AKS and their f̶l̶u̶n̶k̶i̶e̶s̶ lawyers!
So... 25% percent of the members are in some sort of private relationship with a fan. I don’t see sponsors returning any time soon.
I guess they will sue one or both of the guys now. As for the NGT state, well the fuses are allready grilled and replaced.
Short reminder: it is Not AKS managing this group. It is Sony/Ariola Japan. So don't trash AKS for Sony's mismanagement.
Ariola are their record company, not their management. They are managed by AKS. If Sony had been in charge they might have hired somebody competent.
I wonder if they plan to release a single relatively soon now that the "investigation" is over. I also wonder if some other members who weren't involved are thinking of leaving the group too cause like NGT doesn't look so hot right now and all of them are young so like they can move on (unless they really love NGT or something). i assume management has put up a wall or something that no one can announce their graduations till later this year or during the "SSK time" period so it doesn't look suspicious on anyone's part.
Now that the third party committee has given the "all is clear" statement, I wonder if NGT management will beg for sponsors again. Heck, I wonder if any bank or company would even want to try to have a partnership again even after all this. Interesting thought.
They can't force the police to press charges if they don't think there's enough evidence. The justice system in Japan just doesn't work like that. But they are considering bringing a civil suit against the attackers in order to discourage further incidents. That was in the 4th line of the report summary you read.
The one that got agencies like your Rikas, your Yukas... etc. most likely are untouchable. They got backup plans. The ones still under AKS... Well, we will see what happens next...
A Twitter user translated the most damning part from this report, which was Mahohon’s sworn testimony https://twitter.com/speranzom/status/1108858239200964609
Honestly...just reading it again, those men would have done more to her if someone didn't come by from the elevator and that's utterly terrifying. And based on her testimony whoever member E is is for sure implicit in this (and it seems member E wasn't even there so she just left the two men alone knowing very well her co-workers reside in the same apartment? That's insane). And with how detailed Maho's testimony is it's also quite saddening that management is sweeping this away. She didn't seem to miss a beat about what happened to her. i'm even more astonished by how strong maho is in all of this. the way she describes her attack is vicious.
