The pages have a different purpose. The poorly titled "NGT48." reflects their current official status (basically team membership): https://ngt48.jp/profile On the other hand, Members pages record actual generations, join times, etc.
I guess it's not really a discrepancy, like @wlerin explained. If anything, you'd have to take it up with NGT48's management and ask them why the two of them are listed as 1st Generation members
Please change the following heights (Information taken from their agency profiles) http://stage48.net/wiki/index.php/Ishida_Haruka Ishida Haruka - 153cm http://stage48.net/wiki/index.php/Kitahara_Rie Kitahara Rie - 159cm http://stage48.net/wiki/index.php/Akimoto_Sayaka Akimoto Sayaka - 167cm http://stage48.net/wiki/index.php/Masuda_Yuka Masuda Yuka - 164cm http://stage48.net/wiki/index.php/Shibata_Aya Shibata Aya - 155cm Further I noticed that the wrong Kana were used on the Majisuka Gakuen pages. [#3]: (I also listed the ones still missing from my first post, in case they've been overlooked ^^) That's all for now. Thank you ^^
@FlowingColors Ooops! I had updated those first four profiles completely, but I forgot to input the correct label for the infobox haha. It should have been updated though, let me know if you notice I missed it anywhere else. Ahaha those were pre-infobox profiles! I added the infoboxes to those. If you spot more missing it, let me know. Aside from that, I updated all the infoboxes and all the profiles while I was at it! I'll get to the Baito AKB ones later ~ In the meantime, @moomookan I noticed you made a collapsible chart for Unofficial Combis in Hinatazaka! Just a suggestion (if you prefer to keep your format as is, that's fine!) but I made a similar page for Unofficial Nogizaka46 Units and I thought that this format may make it easier if you'd want to link to the unit descriptions from elsewhere in the wiki. The chart looks good though and I'm sure it took a lot of time to make! So I'll leave it to you. Additionally, I made a Choreographers category, if anyone wanted to add any in the future. I will probably add CRE8BOY and some of the Nogi choreographers later.
@heatsignature, thanks for sharing this Nogizaka page, you make a good point about being able to link to the unit names somewhere else on the wiki! I'll have to think about it: A lot of these Hinata units haven't really amounted to anything, so there isn't much to say. Of the 23 I listed, only 6 have songs together. Even fewer have done official activities together, besides things like "these three were grouped together in a hit campaign". EDIT: I made a page for the units that have songs together. I kept the chart on the Hinatazaka46 page, and linked the ones that have songs together to the new page (like [[Unofficial Hinatazaka46 Units#Kizunas|Kizunas]] within the existing chart). That way it works as a "click the link to learn more about this unit"! Thanks for the suggestion.
@heatsignature I look them up from time to time to see how far you are before posting the next bunch ( I prepared them all but don't want to overload you ) Thank you for your work on this! ( I thought u would need longer, you're pretty quick ^^ ) - More member pages using the old template, please update them. [#4]: Hope u all enjoying a nice weekend!
Today I found out that my former oshi is a chika idol… and seems quite a few former 48 members are jumping back into the idol world. Should the Wiki have this information and links? I'm happy to help collecting and organizing the information. (Sorry if it's already been discussed. I checked a few pages, but with the search dead…)
Oh for sure! That's definitely something we add. I added the stuff for Ayaka, let me know if there's anyone else
http://stage48.net/wiki/index.php/Lin_Chia-ying http://stage48.net/wiki/index.php/Tseng_Shih-yu Both of these member's instagrams have been deleted, profiles are also deleted from official website. I assume they left the group. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AKB48_Team_TP <-- this page says they left November 9, 2021 due to health reasons. http://stage48.net/wiki/index.php/Li_Cai-jie http://stage48.net/wiki/index.php/Cheng_Chia-yu http://stage48.net/wiki/index.php/Chou_Chia-an All member's above are currently listed under "Rest" on official website. Not sure why or when this started.
Official site: https://www.akb48teamtp.com/pages/members I am guessing that "Rest" refers to trainees that were not promoted, e.g., Li Cai-jie was a Daisy trainee according to the wiki, but she is not in Daisy.
@FlowingColors Ok, all the infoboxes should have been updated! Lmk if you see I've missed anything I've also been trying to update this list, which is list of members from other idol/music groups. If there's any member on there that has been missed, let me know. I've tried to arrange it by member's generation, at least for AKB and SKE (since before it was arranged randomly) and bolded the members/groups that are currently active. @qrunch Ok updated the grads! Not sure if I should include that the girls you mentioned are currently on rest? But I can add it to the profile.
@heatsignature You updated the last ones from that list pretty quickly, well then I can give you the next round of 48 members I found (the last from JPN48 that is). Thank u for the list. I went through sakamichi groups but actually forgot the international 48Groups. Gonna add possible links to the next list. - Btw I noticed that the Kanji and Romanji titles are mixed up http://stage48.net/wiki/index.php/Aitakatta_Kamoshirenai - Member pages using the old template [#5]:
How would you feel about arranging the list in hiragana alphabetical order? When I looked at it, I didn't realise what the order was until I read your message further and saw it was by generation. I'm not sure where to add it within the list, but Aigasa Moe is part of and producer of the group METAMOL!!!. She also used to be part of a group called J☆Dee'Z, who have changed their name to Jewel in 2019. (She left before the name change) – I'm also not sure how to explain that part, whether to call them J☆Dee'Z or Jewel. And Watanabe Miyuki was part and producer of Ange et Folletta, who have recently announced their disbandment.
I think by generation makes sense, as long as there's a note mentioning this near the top of the page.
Another list-style page on wiki that might need its title to be fixed: List of members from other idol/music groups (http://stage48.net/wiki/index.php/List_of_members_from_other_idol/music_groups) Since it lists current and former members, who are/have been member(s) of other idol group(s) either prior to or after graduating from 46/48G, what should be the name of this page? List of current and former members who have been in another idol group either prior to joining or after graduting from 48/48G ?
Seconding this, I like “List of members involved in other idol groups”. I like all of these list pages we have, such as “list of members who have married”, “list of members with foreign origins”, and more, but it feels like hardly any pages on the wiki actually link to them. Should we start adding links to them on the group pages? Perhaps we can create a new page called “Member Demographics” (or similar), and fill that page with the links to these lists. Then we can add a link to the Member Demographics page on each 48/46 group page under the existing “Members” subsection.
