If political issues is that simple then we will be living in a much better world. Apologizing won't really change the Chinese/Korean's perception about them and it will just piss off more people in Japan. Good for them if they want to do the right thing but it is too much to ask for an idol.

And they have not done anything wrong by principle if they just go there for the new year. They are responsible for all the unnecessary fuzz that is not gonna help anyone for sure.
