It is better to tell it straight what is in your mind even though it might be a scary thing. To share your opinion, you might get hated or there are risks of being talked behind your back but once you feel strongly about something, it is important to see it through & speak up. People who are willing to follow will follow you no matter what. People who don't will not. It is either one or the other & it's better to be clear in my opinion.

Q2.When you find that there is a junior that is more capable than you, how do you deal with it?

Takamina: I'm not sure if this something that needs to be... 'dealt with'? Shouldn't we be happy to find someone like that? When someone, a junior that is capable comes into the fold, it is a plus for that organization itself. It makes you realize that could be other ways to do something, "Ah, you're handling it that way!" "You act in this way, I see why you're popular. It's great!". For me now, I try to see things in this way.
