Just watched the first episode of Mayu's drama.

I think her acting was pretty convincing, and i salute the fact she had to learn a lot of lines. We already can surround the character; very passionate. About the plot, not something exceptional, but the cliffhanger at the end of the first episode makes you want to see what's next. The co-actor is cute, but the glass/nerdy/fake handsome is such a stereotype, it irks me a little bit. Yuria has a minor role so i can't comment on that.

Extra : the matsuko deluxe impersonation was glorious. He was the MVP of the episode!

btw my friend said someone from Arashi fandorm will do the english subtitle for this VS arashi episode.

 

IMO Mayuyu was soooooo gooooood in the first ep of Shoten Girl... she was like shining in every moment of every scene she was in. Such a great character too... we got to see hyper/pro-active/optimistic Mayu.
