Well I think this year calendars are really bad. Team A Outfits are horrible, K ok, B and 4 are the best. But the Members look very tired, have dark circles around their eyes.

Wait, she was in Tokyo in June? Man, I was staying in Shinagawa then..

I think she's the first person I started to recognize when I started liking AKB, IDK why.. her name is just really easy to remember, and the catch phrase too

EDIT: has she ever been on other variety shows?

 

she's certainly had her fair share of variety show appearances. my favorite one is her appearance on "Sashihara no Ran." Some of her best qualities are evident in this one. Here's a fan edit of the show.

That's awesome.. Is there like, a list of shows that groups have been on? Is this like, Sasshi's own show where she does her own stuff like daily activities?? Man so many comments on the show, Aoki-san looks like a geezer but a cool guy

 

Milky posted three tweets that she quickly deleted in less than 30 minutes. I assume it's because she was getting criticized for posting them.







She said that she wishes to have been born during a time when Social Media didn't exist, because she doesn't find it fun. In her second tweet, she said that she is thankful for Instagram and Twitter. In the third tweet, she says she read the negative comments from the first tweet and felt bad. I think her manager got angry as well. She deleted the tweets altogether.

Is that so? Without knowing why she said what she said on her first tweet, I can definitely sympathize with her. Social media is a wonderful gift, but it can also be a very stressful one. Most especially with Milky and the rest of 48G because people are waiting for any tweet or post, and people will pounce on them, maybe even misquote them or twist their words for whatever reason. I'm just an ordinary person, and I still get stressed about some tweets or posts. I can only imagine what these girls are going through.

 

Social Media has been always a double-edged sword like fame, it's good when it's useful to you and bad when you aren't in the mood for it. I understand Milky, but I also believe it was a really bad idea to post that because I'm sure Social Media helped too, in one way or another, to make her more popular.

 

It's never been friendly to idols and celebrities, regardless of who you are, where you're from.. Just look at the hate k-pop stars get, and bieber..

 

Does anyone know if this has been subbed in English yet?

Just to clear up the translations so that people don't get the wrong idea:

In the first tweet, she didn't say it isn't fun, just that she "likes people who don't use social media, even there aren't many people like that".

In the third tweet, she says she "was just talking with her manager about social media while reading news online and decided to tweet that on a whim" (I can totally see her doing that). She didn't mention her manager getting mad or anything. Then she teases her followers by saying that they're "too worrisome".

I think this shouldn't have been a big deal, but some overzealous fans probably started worrying that she'd stop or had to use social media for work. In fact, she said on TEPPEN Radio recently (2015/12/22) that she started her own private Instagram account without asking management, then leaked it to her fans until she got enough followers so that management had to let her make it official.
