[EVENT] 24th Single Janken Tournament

I'm super excited, and I could stay up tonight to get the play by play. However I pulled an an almost all-nighter yesterday/ today for my Japanese class. It will be something to look forward to when I wake up. I went through all the brackets to decide my ideal senbatsu, but it might be different now that some have dropped out.

I have a dental appointment in the morning and a wyrm to beat in FFX so I'll most likely be up spazzing with ithebigc and whoever else is up. Huh? Sleep? Who needs sleep? XD

The appointment is @ 9 but I'll probably be there around 8/8:30 hopefully it'll all be over by then.

And thinking over it a couple of times, I've decided that I definitely want a Miichan or Nacchan center. Miichan cause she's awesome and she's one of the girls in a position where a boost like fronting a single would really benefit her since management wouldn't hesitate to give her more push. Nacchan because she's awesome and it's about damn time she got more attention.

And well since I have nothing better to do, guess I'll post my ideal senbatsu based on brackets as well.

Team A (1): Takahashi
Team B (8): Chikano, Hirajima, Ishida, Kasai, Masuda, Miyazaki, Suzuki, Watanabe
Team K (4): Itano, Kikuchi, Minegishi, Uchida
Team 4 (2): Ichikawa, Nakamura

Can you tell which team I'm biased towards?

Hahaha, sorry. I mean, it's definitely possible it could happen since I just went through the bracket and chose who I wanted to win. It's one of the possible results, just not exactly ordered correctly within their correct groups of 1, 2, 3-4, 5-8, and 9-16. Either way, I'll be happy with just Nacchan center and Mayuyu/Acchan getting relatively high.

I'm pretty happy there's so much support for Nacchan here, going through people's previous ideal brackets. She's been mentioned for center at least 3 times

Well, unless maxaroni signs on, we can't update the OP, but we'll definitely be discussing the results in real time here as they're released on twitter.

I hope Nacchan wil make top 8 senbatsu at least.

 

i'm not looking forward to this. with chiyuu at 25 and nacchi at 27, at least one of them can't make it into senbatsu gah.. this makes me so sad T_T

 

only my oshi, suuchan, or second fav, miorin, can get into senbatsu ;-;

It shouldn't be as bad as this year's 3rd General Election. Man, every time I wanted to post the forum would tell me that "Hey! More posts were made while you were hitting Submit! Read them!" =.= In theory, there is less interest in the janken tournament so it should be easier to post and read, hopefully

I feel your pain...last year, my favorite and 2nd favorite went up against EACH OTHER! This year thankfully they're in different blocks so at least they don't have to compete, but Mayuyu still has to go against Yui....and I really like Yui too. I just can't win
