The resolution is bad, and I'm not really familiar with Keyaki. Maybe someone can fill in the blanks, but from what I can see, the top 16 ranks are:

    1. Nishino Nanase
    2. Hirate Yurina
    3. Saito Asuka
    4. Shiraishi Mai
    5. Sugai Yuuka
    6. Akimoto Manatsu
    7. Nagahama Neru
    8. Eto Misa
    9. Watanabe Risa
    10. Ikuta Erika
    11. Imaizumi Yui
    12. Watanabe Rika
    13. Hori Miona
    14. Yamashita Mizuki
    15. Kobayashi Yui
    16. Ikoma Rina

    EDITED. Thanks @kazu55 :)

I can see why Naacahan take top spot if they make sakamichi SSK. She is typical girl who gain alot of hardcore fans and attract wota, same way working on Neru and Asuka.

While, top girl from Keya will be Neru instead.

Girl like Maiyan, Techi, Ikoma, and Iku have less wota and more about casual. They've more or less establish themself in outside group activity. One or two of their fans might super rich and can afford to push girl toward higher rank.

I dunno. I think Keyaki fans would try to push Hirate to #1. Unless there were prelims and Neru dominated Keyaki's ranks causing most to get behind her instead.

Just finished watching the 48TALK End of Year Special Podcast, thought it would be a great share here since its Sakamichi related. Shout out to @DX|Takamina and friends!

if the video does not show watch the video here

Also shout out to @JoshBox and friends for that fun SLOPE's awards podcast!

if the video does not show watch the video here

It always fun to hear other people thoughts on Sakamichi, AKB48 or idol in general outside of the forum.

Chances are not. Some people are into and against it. I am more of the side to let the two groups stand by them own really. They have good talents in-house already waiting to be used.

On another topic, I hope one day Unders of Nogizaka can be renamed into something else and stand as one of the superpower alongside Nogi's senbatsu. I think the management tries to actualise that through establishing Hiragana instead of Unders. But Hiragana is still finding its own shape and obviously when people ask about Keyaki the public will think more of the Kanji Keyaki.

Not sure how 3rd gen will turn out tho. Either they'll stay as an entity called 3rd gen, merged into unders, or put the popular ones to senbatsu and the rest to unders. Truthfully speaking, Nogizaka is doing well with having three big units as of now. I just hope they rebrand Unders as something else really.

The genius of Nogizaka46 is that all three: Senbatsu, Unders, 3rd Gen, are Nogizaka46. They are different facets of the brand. Senbatsu representing the best. Unders representing the hard work and striving to be the best. Third Gen represents the fresh and new who will be the best.

I understand your sentiment. You want the Unders to carve out their own brand, but I they already have. They've got their own identity. They bring a different type of energy to the group. Some of them strive to make senbatsu, but others feel that they have just as good an opportunity in the Unders. We all want to see them get their due. They do it by still being Nogizaka46. Being a Nogi under gives them chance to make senbatsu.

Look at Kouhaku these past 2 years in which Keyakizaka and Nogizaka were invited. Nogis brought the whole crew. Keyakizaka was represented by Kanji. It's like Hiragana does not exist at the time you want to represent the whole group. That's not good for the group. They should've been represented.
