Just watched the performance from the Budokan, its amazing how much similarity the 3 members share with eachother, and I got to admit that her singing voice was quite nice.

She isn't on my rankings list, but, I think I will want to know more about her so I will be checking this thread regularly now

I would have hoped for something a little more interesting other than following the usual speech route, however, her appeal video was still very good despite that.

I love her choice of her previous Janken costume and also the energy that she displays, while it isn't as original as the other videos (outside HKT since almost all members did the same speech arrangement) it certainly wins when it comes to this 2 factors.

 

True that most of the videos are kinda boring (some more or less), but eh, at least Madoka's video doesn't fall into that range lol IMO, her video is one of the more enjoyable ones I have seen so far, it just has it own charm to it tbh

That aside I have sent a translation request to tumblewush for her speech, will post it here once it is done

 

Even though she did a speech like most members, I think her video still sets itself apart from the rest. Maybe it's her costume, or her energetic talking. And that madowasetai + wink at the end...

 

I agree with most that perky like everyone else may not have been the best choice specially since she is known as the cool beauty. But I don't think these appeal videos amount to much. they don't make or break a members rank.

I think any good appearances in AKBingo would have much much more of an impact. I hope she finds a spot on TV early(too lat for this time) like yukirin's weather gig. Something like that would sky rocket her popularity!

Love the way she explained her outfit for the HS event and the theme of it, her fashion sense is really one of the better ones of the group - well, guess its fitting of her 'cool beauty' status lol

I'm from Nagasaki also. our festival is called "Nagasaki Kunchi". Because Madoka is from Nagasaki, i feel an affinity towards her!

I always love it when members do video G+ updates, just makes things a lot more connected That aside, Madoka looks so welcoming in that picture....I wish I was able to attend the event lol

^ Very true. She seems to have this contrast and complement of mature and cute going. Her looks are quite mature and stand out from the HKT group as one of the more beautiful members, but her voice and actions are very much cute, even going by that video yesterday it slightly balances between 'cute and mature' which is something that I like.

We need translation for her video, it will be interesting to read her speech
