Today on the Go Train to work, near the final stop, I was listening to Nagisa no CHERRY. As I was listening to it, the train passed a street called Cherry St. [hehe]

^ I had something similar when I first moved to Queensland. On my first day catching the bus home, listening to AKB on my mp3 player, I just got to the station then I saw the bus number was 109, and I was like "woohoo, 109." Then that instant, 109 started playing on shuffle and I was like "yeah!" [rock] But didn't post it tho, because I soon realized that there was a "109" every 10 minutes. :fp: It lost it's special. :^^;:

Well I didn't have to go for 4 days so when I passed it today to finally eat curry, I saw that they were playing some boyband instead, I waited an hour and passed it again and it was still the boyband. So I decided not to go, no sale from me. :nothappy:

Ahh, I was sitting in Japanese, watching some video on shopping, and she introduced herself as takahashi (forgot other name..) I said aloud "Takahashi Minaamiii!"

I went into Japan mart, and saw the Puccho box with Tomochin, and one with Yuko

I am now working in a Japanese company and it's our annual dinner tonight.
It's been a tradition that new Japanese joiners would make a performance in the dinner each year.

For this year, about 20 of them (all guys!!) dressed up the AKB48 customs and performed Heavy Rotation!!!!!

    1. I was at a 7-11 (In Taiwan). There was a Japanese family - mom, dad, and 2 kids. The kids were about 5 and 7 I think. When I heard them speak Japanese .. I thought to myself, "I wonder if they know AKB ..." Then a moment later, the kids saw the AKB48 ad in 7-11 and they went "AKB!" .. :XD: .. That was cool. Little Japanese kids were surprised to see AKB ad in Taiwan. :D

    2. After that, I went to buy some blank DVD roms. And there was this brand ... "Melody". Yeah, I sure didn't buy that one. :D

I was on my computer class studying some basic PHP.
My friend who was on the computer next to me looked at my monitor and asked:
"Shouldn't the output be 58?" - And my output was 48.
    She then said: "AKB48, huh?"
I laughed silently because I didn't even realize that my output was 48 [hehe]

I'm leaving my coop job in a week, so I've decided to promote AKB48 to the next coop student who ends up using the computer I'm using. I have my desktop background at work as the Iiwake Maybe promotional picture, which will be a great surprise to the next coop student. Also, I have a sticky note welcoming them to the company and explaining how the background image is AKB48 :D

^ That actually reminded me, i was playing cod last week, and someone had the clan tag [no3b]. their username was nothing akb related, but their title icon was the japanese flag. I was pretty confident that it had to be an akb fan but i couldn't be bothered asking, in case he wasn't. He was pretty trash, but i guess that's what i think about a lot of people who play cod

I got my hair cut today and the barber told me he had heard about AKB48. I told him that perhaps he was mistaking it for the AK-47, but he said that he was right, because a son of his cousin loved Japan, so perhaps that's why he knew the name... [shock]
