- This concert was originally scheduled for August 7th, 2021, but had to be cancelled due to an outbreak of COVID-19 amongst Team B members. The title was also changed from "Special Summer Festival 2021 AKB48 Fresh Concert ~Natsu wa Yappari AKB!~" (Special Summer Festival 2021 AKB48フレッシュコンサート〜夏はやっぱりAKB！〜), due to the fact that the original title alluded to summer, but the postponed date is in winter.
