^ I mean, Love Machine's first week sales were like 200k, but everybody always talks about the 1,6million which is the total sales of it (which took like 30weeks to achieve anyway) and there's no AKB release that had sold 1,6millions yet... so Sakuki could maybe do it.

It'd definitly take some time to get there (if it is to get there) The amazingness of Heavy Rotation's charting ability, along with the assistance of the "kohaku effect", has brought in close to 270k over 26 weeks. I'm just interested in seeing how well Sakura no Ki ni Narou charts period. Considering Heavy Rotation is continuing to out perform both Beginner and Chance no Juban on the charts even though it was released well in advance, as well as Beginner & Sakura no Ki ni Narou's second week figures, it'll be interesting to see if Sakura no Ki ni Narou can do as well as Heavy Rotation has or if it's able to out do Beginner seeing as the second week figures were a little lower. (Totally making a judgement call in saying it'll definitly out do Chance no Juban.)

Well Sakura may have an outside chance to reach 1.6 mil surely, I mean they got to 1 million alot quicker than begginer so I assume their are still sales going on out there, perhaps it will make it, if not as Kokoro said the singlw with the senbatsu tickets in it will have a very good chance of doing so....

Wonder if MM or any other idol group feel any pressure from the rocketing popularity of AKB48. Do girls want to audition more for AKB than MM

I think it's unnecessary this comparison with MM. Whenever someone starts to talk about it, I always end up thinking it will lead to nothing. MM was very famous in a few years ago, and AKB is very famous now. Nothing is forever, everyone will got a chance to shine someday and someday this shine will become lower.
