  • She is known for her unique, low-pitched voice.
• She said at her first SHOWROOM audition that she was a friend of Imaizumi Yui. They were both Sony singing students in 2014 and sang on the same stage.
• She has a slightly serious (majime) personality.
• She is close friends with Iguchi Mao (former member). The two voted each other their ideal sister, and Kyoko stated that if she had to make an important decision, she would consult Mao.
• She was the original ace of Hiragana Keyakizaka46.
• She is considered the worst cook among Hinatazaka46 members.
  • In an episode of Hiragana Oshi, she was tasked to make Naporitan (a Japanese spaghetti dish), and she boiled spaghetti and ramen noodles in the same pot. She then added whole tomatoes, pieces of carrot, whole sausages, and ketchup to the pot.
• She is known to be un-athletic and inflexible. She can't move her hands past her knees when bending down straight. However, she claims she can run fast.
• She stars in her own variety show "KYOCCOROHEE" together with comedian HICCOROHEE. It began airing on TV Asahi in March 2021.
• She has mentioned Chige Miso Ramen as her favourite ramen from the ramen chain restaurant Hidakaya. She had a tie-up with them on their Youtube channel and was nicknamed the "Chige Miso Ramen Angel". She was also the face of the limited edition cover of Chige Miso Ramen instant cup noodles from CupStar.

2016

• On May 11th, passed the auditions to become a member of Hiragana Keyakizaka46's 1st Generation.

2018

• On April 16th, starred in the special program Hiragana Keyakizaka46 Ramen Daisuki! Saito Kyoko Desu!.
• From August to September, appeared in the stageplay Madoka Magica's Magia Record Musical.
• In November, appeared on the stageplay ZAMBI as a member of Team Red.

2019

• Starting from January, appeared on the radio program Imadoki. The radio program stopped in May 2020.
• On February 11th, it was announced that Hiragana Keyakizaka46 would become a new independent group, Hinatazaka46. Kyoko would therefore become part of Hinatazaka46's 1st Generation.
• On June 7th, was appointed as exclusive model for ar.
• From September to October, starred in the stageplay Sazae-san.

2020

• Starting from April, appears on the radio program Appare Yattemasu!.

2021

• On January 19th, released her photobook Totteoki no Koibito.
• From February to March, starred in Hidakaya Youtube channel videos promoting Chige Miso Ramen.
• Starting from March, appeared in the drama Borderless.
• Starting from April, starred as co-MC in the variety show KYOCCOROHEE. It has gone various timeslot changes, initially starting at 2:36AM JST on Wednesdays and as of 2023 is broadcasted at 11:45PM JST on Mondays.

2022

• On February 14th, started her Instagram account.
• On May 18th, appeared on the YouTube channel The First Take and sang Boku Nanka.
• On June 5th, starred in MTV Live Sessions: Saito Kyoko. This made her the first Hinatazaka46 member to have a solo MTV feature.
• In October, was appointed center for Hinatazaka46 8th single, Tsuki to Hoshi ga Odoru Midnight.
• On October 15th, sang in the concert Choparty 2022 as a solo artist.

2023

• On May 21st, held a solo "MTV Unplugged" session, titled: MTV Unplugged Presents: Kyoko Saito from Hinatazaka46.
