(I'm Tano Yuka, 27-years old. I'll be in your care.)

  • Admired members: Miyazawa Sae
  • Hobbies: Dancing
  • Favorite AKB48 song: Hajimari no Yuki, Beginner
  • Favorite characters: Hello Kitty, My Melody
  • Favorite colors: Pink, yellow, light blue
  • Favorite foods: Sweet foods, crepes, hamburger
  • Least favorite food: Chirashizushi, as it is difficult to mix well
  • Favorite subject: Physical education
  • Special skills: Pigeon imitation (shown in AKBINGO!)
  • Good friends with: Hirata Rina, Oshima Ryoka, Takahashi Juri, Kato Rena, Taniguchi Megu
  • Future ambition: Actress in musicals
  • She was a member of the Cooking Club.
  • Her parents considered naming her "Shiina" because it would make her full name "Tano Shiina" which sounds like tanoshii na (楽しいな), meaning "It's fun", in Japanese. In the end they worried that she would be teased for the name, so they chose "Yuka" instead.
  • She is best friends with Hirata Rina. They regularly hang out, even after their graduations.
  • She was a member of the ksgk (kusogaki "annoying kids") Senbatsu with Kawaei Rina, Oshima Ryoka and Takahashi Juri, which was a popular joke between Team A members.
  • She had a good relationship with Muto Tomu at work, as they were often paired for activities.
  • She learned hip hop dance since 3rd grade of elementary school. She attended the same dance school as Miyazawa Sae.
  • She describes herself as cheerful, energetic, and often smiling, but also as a "super sore loser" and noisy.
  • Theater manager Hosoi Takahiro described her as "the member who shines the most" in 2017.
  • She and Muto Tomu were the only members of the 12th Generation to rank in the 4th Senbatsu Election. Tano had the highest ranking.
  • On April 18th 2013, she won the 4th Karaage Grand Prix "Best Karaagenist/Idol Category" sponsored by the Japan Karaage Association.
  • She ranked in both Renacchi Sousenkyo elections, at 2nd and 3rd place respectively.
  • She is one of the few AKB48 members, along with Kojima Haruna, Okada Nana, Takahashi Minami and Komiyama Haruka, to have a solo documentary. It is titled "Namida no Riyuu" (The Reason for Tears).
  • Before graduating, her goal in AKB48 was to became captain of Team K.
  • She was known for her defined abdominal muscles, and was even introduced as "abdominal muscle girl" on the show "Beat Takeshi's TV Tackle" in 2015.
  • She is bad at mathematics and puzzles. She dislikes studying in general.
  • She doesn't like cheese because of its smell.
  • She strongly disliked when idols would use fishing (flirtatious) behavior at handshake events.
  • Her shoe size is 23cm (US size 6, EU size 36).
  • Taniguchi Megu said that every time she is with Tano, she feels the need to take two-shots. Despite having never been in the same team, nor the same generation, they get along very well.
  • She was a member of both Vocal Team (2016) and Vocal Senbatsu (2017).
  • She was also supposed to be part of the Dance Senbatsu (2017), but was unable to record the music video for Yaban na Kyuuai due to schedule clashes (rehearsals for THE CIRCUS).
  • In her reasons for graduating, she explained that she had felt like her inspiration was lost when Miyazawa Sae graduated. She stayed out of her love for Team K, but decided to graduate herself after the AKB48 12th Anniversary Shuffle.
  • Said that she secretly refrained from getting any piercings (including ear piercings) because she'd always wanted to act in a historical drama. She fulfilled this wish with her appearance in Oumi Akindo, Hashiru! (近江商人、走る!) in 2022, at the age of 25.
