The "SNH48 13th Single Senbatsu Sousenkyo" is the third Senbatsu Election held by SNH48. It will be held on July 30, 2016 at Mercedes Benz Arena Shanghai. Ballots were included in SNH48's 12th Single, Dream Land.
The top 16 members are featured in the Senbatsu of the group's 13th single. Meanwhile, the 17th to 32nd place members join Undergirls for the B-side track and the 33rd to 48th place members join the Next Girls unit for the 2nd B-side track.

- SNH48 (Team SII: 23 members; Team NII: 21 members; Team HII: 20 members; Team X: 18 members; Team XII: 16 members)
- BEJ48 (Team B: 18 members; Team E: 17 members)
- GNZ48 (Team G: 17 members; Team NIII: 16 members)
