- In July, applied for AKB48's 13th Generation, but failed the auditions.
- Went to Watanabe Mayu's handshake events.
2012
- In July, was announced a member of AKB48's 14th Generation.
- On July 9th, made her theatre debut as a backing dancer at Team K's RESET stage.
- On August 15th, was part of her first AKB48's songs: Sakuranbo to Kodoku and Aozora yo Sabishikunai ka? on the group's 4th album 1830m.
2013
- On May 22nd, received her first center position alongside Kojima Natsuki and Kojima Mako for Bara no Kajitsu on AKB48's 31st single Sayonara Crawl.
- On July 20th, at AKB48's AKB48 5 Big Dome Concert Tour in Fukuoka, the new unit Tentoumu Chu! was formed. Nana was announced as one of the seven members.
- On August 24th, at the AKB48 5 Big Dome Concert Tour in Tokyo, was promoted to Minegishi Team 4 (Reformation of Team 4).
- On October 10th, Tentoumu Chu! released its first song Kimi Dake ni Chu! Chu! Chu! on AKB48's 33rd single, Heart Ereki.
- From October 27th (2013) to March 16th (2014), appeared in the AKB48 high school drama, Joshikou Keisatsu.

- From July 26th to August 5th, appeared in the theater stage play of Majisuka Gakuen.
2017
- On January 25th, received her first solo song Coin Toss on AKB48's 8th album Thumbnail.
- On February 22nd, it was announced she would hold a kennin position with AKB48's new sister group STU48. She would also be the general manager and captain of the group.
- On July 8th, was part of her first STU48 senbatsu for the group's debut single, Kurayami.

2018

- On January 11th, at the AKB48 Group First Singing Contest, came in 3rd place.
- On February 13th, received her first STU48 center position for Shukko on the group's 2nd single Kaze wo Matsu.

2020
- On January 19th, was officially no longer the general manager of STU48.
