The following is a list of events and releases that occurred in 2021 from the SNH48 Group.
Like in 2020, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in several releases, concerts, and events being cancelled, postponed, or scaled back.

Members
- January 1: Jiang XinYao, Jiang YuHang, Lv SiQi, Wang Yan, and Zheng YiWen join GNZ48 as 9th generation trainees.
- April 3 - 4: Lin JiaYi, Wu BoHan, Yu JiaWei, Zhang RanRan, Zhang ShiYun, and Zhang YueMing join SNH48 as 15th generation trainees.
- April 11: Han JiaLe returns to SNH48 as a trainee.
- May 3: Chen HongYu, Xiang YuJing, and Zhou PeiXi join GNZ48 as 10th generation trainees.
- May 11: Zhang AiJing returns to IDOLS Ft.
